Install recover (1)open recover goto to fastboot connect to pc and open adb and type

fastboot devices

and then install any wanted recovery you want 
i.e twrp

fastboot flash recovery twrprecovery.img

for philz flash recovery

fastboot flash recovery philzrecovery.img

just downlaod img files install Mobile uncle
